PRESCRIPT: In the lead-up to Australia Day on 26th January, many Australians are marking a Day of Mourning on Sunday 24th January to acknowledge the realities of what the non-indigenous settlement of Australia has meant for the Indigenous Peoples of this country. The church in which I am a Minister, the Uniting Church in Australia, provided its congregations and communities with some resources with which to mark the Day of Mourning during worship.
